The Viet A Commercial Joint Stock Bank signed a financial agreement with Da Nang-based PGT Group to arrange loans for a luxury apartment and hotel complex – the Premier Sky Residences – in the central city on Thursday.
The property developer PGT Group plans to develop PGT City, an urban project in Lien Chieu district, later this year on a total area of 10ha with total investment of US$50 million.
The Viet Nam Public Commercial Joint Stock Bank (PVcom Bank) has signed a financial agreement with the Da Nang-based PGT Group in loans providing for property investment projects in central Viet Nam.
